Carona Farms is a family-owned and operated business serving the Southern Region since 1985.

The current iteration of the business has been serving the Southeast since 1985, though the family's farming roots in the region go back much further. The farm is a multi-generational operation.

Current owner Dale Carona is a fourth-generation strawberry farmer. He began the business with his father and now operates it alongside his son, Matthew Carona. 

Situated in Tangipahoa Parish, the farm is part of a historic corridor in Independence and Ponchatoula that became the "Strawberry Capital of the World" following the arrival of Italian immigrants in the late 1800s.
